At Docmood, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. We offer free shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in France. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can track its progress.

2. Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of the receipt date.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• You must submit your return request via our contact form.
• Returns are free under certain conditions. If the conditions are not met, return shipping fees may apply.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds can only be issued in the following cases:
